PRICING DETAILS

The hourly rate for The Kindred Studio is $125.00, with a minimum booking of 4 hours. In addition, there is an insurance fee of $50 and a refundable security deposit of $500.

AMENITIES

The studio provides access to a large room, kitchen, bathroom, high-speed internet, 80” HDTV, and free parking for guests.

OVERTIME

Per The Kindred Studio's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times the stated hourly rate. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation.

CLEANING / DAMAGES

Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and tidy up after themselves. Any equipment or rentals brought in must be removed, and setup and teardown time should be factored into your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages are charged at $500(deposit) plus repairs and materials (walls, floors, furniture, etc.). Charges will be billed to the credit card on file with The Kindred Studio.

FURNITURE

Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. We do not provide additional furniture.

MISCELLANEOUS

There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed in the building or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE

Please make sure to turn off all the lights (note: stairwell light stays on permanently), and set the alarm by tapping the keypad and selecting “arm”. Ensure the door is closed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days before the event start time and receive a full refund, including all fees. If the booking is canceled between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time, guests will receive a 50% refund of the booking price, excluding fees. Unfortunately, bookings canceled less than 24 hours before the event start time are not eligible for a refund.
